Brad Shimomura

Brad is a Northwest native, both he and his wife were born and raised in Tacoma, WA. After spending a year and a half as the Associate Children’s Pastor at the church he was raised in, he and Roberta felt God leading them to reach the children of the Greater Portland area.

Brad uses all different kinds of teaching in Children’s Church. Sometimes drawing on the terrific talents of the kids to act stories out, object lessons, or story telling, you never know how you will experience the Bible from week to week.

Roberta and Brad are both graduates of Bethany University in Santa Cruz, CA. Brad has his License to Preach with the Assemblies of God and Roberta is Ordained. The Shimomura's enjoy the companionship of their dog, Zorah.
